Role: Coordinator who will interact with candidates and interviewers as required to ensure timely hiring operations and onboarding of fresher hires at Mindtree. This could include calling talent, scheduling interview panelists, organizing connect sessions with talent and Mindtree, and more. This work is fundamental to the success of hiring and onboarding talent.
You will also get ample exposure to all fresher hires (Engineering, Under Graduates, MBA) across the areas of sourcing channels, screening, and assessment processes, candidate engagement, and offer and onboarding processes, including systems and tools.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, the ability to articulate concisely and effectively, great coordination, and keep track of multiple things on a daily basis. She should have the ability and interest to comfortably interact with different kinds of people and background roles at different levels. A strong sense of ownership and a cc o untenability will be the behavioral traits that this individual possesses and demonstrates in all transactions assigned to her him.
